The Hazeldene Apartment also offers a separate Lounge with dining table and fully equipped kitchen.

We are 100% focused on customer satisfaction, therefore we offer 24/7 customer support with 24hr check-in. We even offer Host check-in upon request and availability to facilitate.

Futon Bed (+5 Guest Group bookings only) £40 per extra person per night inc VAT. Subject to availability at the time requested. Group bookings MUST, seek approval prior to booking.

The Hazeldene Apartment Key Safe System allows 24-hour self-check-in. You will receive detailed directions and key arrangements in a confirmation email from L’Avenir Properties Serviced Apartments or your Booking Portal within 24 hours of your booking. Please save it and take it with you. If you have not received it before your arrival, please call us.

The Hazeldene Apartment is located on the Ground Floor of the property, you will receive the Apartment number by email along with the instructions for 24-hour self-check-in. Alternatively, we offer a Free host check-in service which is subject to availability at the time requested.
