Located in the beautiful Cardrona Valley, this studio sits within a peaceful alpine setting surrounded by mountain scenery and wide open landscapes. It provides a relaxing base for guests wanting to enjoy the outdoors while staying conveniently between Wanaka and Queenstown. Perfect for year-round stays, the area offers quick access to Cardrona Ski Resort during winter, along with hiking trails, biking, lakes and scenic alpine drives throughout summer.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio throughout their stay, including all indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. As part of the wider complex, guests also have access to shared facilities including a swimming pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the mountains, skiing at Cardrona, or enjoying summer activities in the valley. Please bring extra towels for the pool and hot tub area, as only standard bath towels are provided.

This cosy and thoughtfully designed studio offers a warm and comfortable alpine stay, ideal for couples, small families or friends. The space features a queen bed and futon, along with a full bathroom and everything needed for a relaxing and easy getaway in the mountains.

Please note this studio is located within a shared complex and sits below an apartment, with another studio and apartment nearby. As a result, some surrounding noise from neighbouring guests or the apartment above may occasionally be heard. While general house rules are in place, noise levels from other guests are outside of our control, and we appreciate your understanding.

Guests also have access to shared complex facilities including a swimming pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day skiing at Cardrona or exploring the surrounding valleys. An outdoor storage area is available for ski gear, snow equipment or bikes, making this an ideal year-round base in Cardrona.

Having a vehicle is recommended when staying in Cardrona, making it easy to explore Wanaka, Queenstown and the surrounding attractions. The studio offers convenient onsite parking, along with outdoor storage for ski gear, snow equipment or bikes. Cardrona Ski Resort is just a short drive away, while nearby roads provide easy access to local wineries, hiking trails, bike parks and lake activities throughout the region.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

We require a $500 security deposit hold.

We do not permit smoking inside the property. If you do violate this policy, we will charge you $300 for the additional cleaning services required.

Pets are strictly prohibited.
