The property was excellent for what we needed. My husband and I and another couple rented this property over the weekend for a few days, as we were volunteering for the 1st Annual Accordion Festival in Cankton, LA that our friends were putting on. The host Jerard was excellent in communicating any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend.

The house was as advertised (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a 2-car garage). It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The owner was very responsive to our questions. We had an issue with VRBO, not with Jerard. They did not send us the code to get into the house. When we asked Jerard about the code, he responded quickly and gave it to us. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.
