Gîte du Cellier - Jardin et terrasse
Cocoonr offers this 45 m² air-conditioned house in Houesville to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises an attractive 19 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 250 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron.
Outside:
- A private garden of 250 m², south/south-west facing, enclosed by an opaque fence and gate.
- A 15 m² wooden terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Houesville, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
