This holiday home is something for environmentally conscious people who are not subject to fashion dictation at all costs.

Pictures and plaster reliefs underline the characteristics of the old house. It is honest. Plaster shows the underlying structures. Clay stones testify to the poverty of the building owners at that time.

Helicopter parents who serve their children an “all-round carefree package” do not feel comfortable here.

The property is lonely. Neighbors are only the guests in the covered wagon camp. (6 persons)

There are niches, while children do handicrafts in the dining room, the fathers watch football in the parlor. The women drink prosecco on the terrace and the little ones play in the sandpit within sight.

Everyone gets lost, there is peace and space, you can read in bed or enjoy the tranquility of the landscape. It is not far into the forest (300m) you can go cycling or go jogging.

The fields provide the appropriate background in every season, sometimes green as far as the eye can see, sometimes yellow during the rape blossom. Also brown in autumn.

The property is nevertheless conveniently located for activities by car.
It is only about 12 kilometers from Mecklenburg (no traffic jams, no traffic lights) to the next civilization.
Motorway, shopping, bakery, doctor, gas station can be reached quickly. (13 min)
No WiFi, poor cell phone reception for some blessings, for others a curse.

The covered wagon camp is also located on the property.
A colorful wagon castle consisting of 3 covered wagons and a large carport with an outdoor kitchen.
It is possible to rent both objects of the covered wagon camp (7227) together and thus 2-3 families can be accommodated.

The water comes from a cistern, which is fed by wells and rainwater. Therefore it is not to be used as drinking water.


1st lower floor (Feldrain)
Apartment 100 sqm on the ground floor, with 6 rooms terrace. The apartments are mainly furnished with solid wood furniture.

A dining room and a terrace border the kitchen. This arrangement created a complex of 35 square meters for eating or preparing meals. In the eat-in kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a refrigerator and corresponding small appliances such as a kettle, grill and ceramic hob.

The terrace with 12 square meters is in front of the kitchen and forms the outdoor area for breakfast and barbecues. In the neighborhood are the small orchard, the sandpit, the trampoline, the tree swing and the football goal.

In the bathroom you will find two sinks, an extra large shower (0.90 mx 1.20 m) and a toilet. It was designed with a plaster relief.

The living room (approx. 16 m²) with its couch and a satellite.-TV / DVD is for social evenings.

Second Attic (forest view) The upper residential unit is reached via a relatively small narrow staircase. You come into the hallway - 8 square meters. There is space for the cloakroom and part of the luggage. From there you reach the bedroom - 20 sqm - with the small bathroom - 6 sqm - which houses the toilet and shower.

The eat-in kitchen - 18 sqm - has 3 skylights, which give a friendly, bright overall picture. In the kitchen, the kitchen unit with the kitchen appliances (stove, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) and the sitting area are integrated. You can also watch TV via satellite TV here. There is also access to a guest toilet - 5 square meters - with toilet and sink and washing machine.

The 2nd Bedroom with 16 square meters is friendly and brushed with dandelion motif. The apartment above is characterized by its compactness and the coziness that are conveyed by the partially sloping walls. The central heating heats all rooms so that it is comfortably warm even in winter.
