We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Aquamer. Our first two nights were in a king Seaview room which was very nice. Our last night we moved to smaller queen room. It was much smaller but was still very nice. We enjoyed sitting out front off the kitchen area with great views of the water. We walked a cycle/walking trail up to the lighthouse right across the street. We golfed just minutes down the road. Beds in both rooms were very comfortable and both rooms were very clean. Carleton sur mer is a very nice place and we would definitely book again with Hotel Aquamer.

It's a bit out of town but walkable to get to some restaurants. The property itself has many different sitting areas which is very nice. Staff are super friendly and accomodating.

The room they assigned us was the smallest room I ever seen in a hotel, also it did not have curtains and there was a spotlight shining directly in our bedroom. Awful, did not get to sleep at all. Would not recommend that place.

This is a gorgeous little place (and the pool is divine) but the rooms are really outdated. Wifi was poor, and there were few electricity outlets. The bathroom was very small. The staff were very friendly and helpful, yet the whole place felt rundown. There is a large commercial kitchen which guests can use -- I can see this would have been an amazing place to stay in its heyday, when there would have been a working restaurant.

Furniture is from the 80s equipment in the bathroom defect small TV very little furniture noisy soundproof two out of 10 will not recommend at all this Hotel for the price
