This is the our second stay at this property. We love the location it fits our family of 5 perfectly. You can’t beat the location. It’s out of the business of the main part of town but within walking distance of it. You can’t beat it being right across from the beach also. Will stay again.

If you don’t like being 150 steps from the beach this isn’t for you. Otherwise this place is perfect. Clean, easy to get to and beautiful views. Located near everything you need. We will be back

Carlsbad gem

This property was just as described. It was clean and nicely decorated. Literally steps from the beach. Maybe the bed need replacing but not the worst I've slept in. Pretty quiet neighborhood when we were there and we walked to everything. Great time.

Took our daughter and best friend. Perfect 2 room 2 bath apartment style place. Beach is across the street, eating and shopping is half a mile walk away. Easy access to the highways. We went to the Safari Park and Children’s pool with no issues. Place was clean and exactly as advertised. Jason was very responsive to any emails I sent. I will recommend to any friends visiting the area

Excellent Choice!

Couldn't have chose a better place to stay for a short weekend get-away. Walking distance to everything. We were able to pull our wagon loaded up for a day at the beach, using the ramp to beach. We camped out on the beach near the stairs that go straight up to the condo just in case we needed to use our private restroom or refill waters. Perfect location for our young family!
