Justin the host was great, responsive to every request and sorted out the TV sound for us gladly. The place is a bit dated but comfortable. Highlights are the large TV receiver and of course the delicious burritos delivered every morning. Location is convenient to the national parks and Carlsbad restaurants and river walk. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a good value for staying in Carlsbad. House was clean with nice appliances including refrigerator and washer/dryer. Quiet, safe neighborhood away from the madness that is Canal Street these days. Justin is a super nice host that makes a great breakfast burrito delivered hot to your doorstep every AM. Would definitely stay here again.
