John, Thank you for offering such a wonderful vacation home.The booking process was seamless.Your property is pristine and provides every possible amenity.The two patios were very nice with privacy throughout.We absolutely love the location. We were so near the ocean that we could hear the waves and of course enjoy the beautiful west coast sunsets at the beach or along the boardwalk nearby.Directly across the street is a lovely park to stroll and read through some of Carlsbad’s history as well as walk through it to downtown.This is by far the best property we have ever rented.We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning. We had an amazing stay in this beautiful house! It looks like a Pottery Barn catalog in an ideal spot to get to the beach & Carlsbad Village. Every detail was perfection! It was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, there were beach chairs, beach towels and extra towels. And then the little things like night lights, tower fans, chip clips and privacy bushes outside. The location of the house could not have been better, on a quiet part of the street and you could hear the waves crashing on the beach from the house. The patio was a great additional space, perfect for lounging outside or eating dinner. We had a wonderful stay.
