Things you should know:
There are 2 studios on the property with separate entrances. One studio is occupied by a long term tenant and there is a door that leads to a short hallway into the studio. Neither you, nor the tenant have keys to the doors and one cannot be accessed via the other. The other studio is reserved to the family of the owners when they are in town and also shares a door but it remains locked. Both studios front doors are behind the side gate to the north of the house. Also, no pets are allowed at this property. Sorry!

We had a great stay. The host communicated exceptionally well, and the space was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We enjoyed the BBQ grill, sand area, and pool table, and loved how close the home was to the beach and Legoland. Great location & nice house

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there with family and went to Legoland, San Diego Zoo and the beach and did some shopping in Carlsbad. The house was big enough to accommodate all 10 family members and had enough space for all to have fun!
