The staff are wonderful, but this hotel is LOUD. The noise from the freeway hits the courtyard, which bounces back to the room doors, so it's loud from 2 directions. Wish I had been aware of that before booking.

Room was extremely clean and towards the back of the building, so we did not get a lot of freeway noise. Lots of parking available. Most of the staff was very friendly. The only issue that I had was on our last night when one of the staff members was stating I did not provide them information or fill out a form for my service dog. I pointed to wear it was written on my check in documents and informed him by law, they can only ask what service my dog provides and they cannot require me to fill out any forms.

Decent for the price

Parking easy. Small property and walls are thin so you hear any noise in the courtyard as well as freeway traffic. It's descent for the price, no thrills. Clean and comfortable enough for a 1-2 night stay. Driving distance to the downtown area is less than 5 min.

I liked the friendly service and helpful staff. It is a good location by the beach. Conversely, it was very noisy next to the freeway. There was no light breakfast other than a bread biscuit. It is an older facility that needs to be updated.

The extraction fan in the bathroom was not working and the room was damp. As a result there was an unpleasant smell in the room. I had to open the window to allow outside air in.
