We enjoyed the home. Everything was as listed. We enjoyed the location at the water and the beautiful sunsets from the garden. Nice kitchen with everything you need, including a bread toaster as part of the magnetron, something we had never seen before! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and sleeping great. Overall a great choice for spending a few days to explore SW New Mexico!

Great location on the river, and the house was quite spacious, the beds were very comfortable but there was lack of seating for groups of people. There was plenty of seating outside but it was all very dusty. Inside seating consisted of 3 small (not terribly comfortable) sofas in 3 separate rooms & 2 upholstered chairs, one in each bedroom. There was an over large kitchen & no dining space, just 3 backless counter stools.
