I left my insulin and ozempic that I need for my diabetes in the refrigerator I called today and it was in there or in the lost box n found! They supposedly looked for it asked the person that cleaned the room and nothing! I was told they have a very strict policy about turning in things left in the room. I know that I left it there. Very disappointed that they didn’t turn it in. It’s medication for a medical condition! I work 12 hours away and will be away for 3 wks. Do better Fairfield!

We had family vacation planned for 3 night stay in Fairfield .This was the most unpleasant experience for us in the trip.We received a room with ladder in it upon check in.With kids this was not expected and very stressful and uncomfortable.Later we had to wait a long time to shift to a different room.

Lobby was nice and updated, but rooms and bathrooms and rooms need an update. Shower was warm but not hot. Sofa bed was twin sized a very uncomfortable. Breakfast was subpar for equivalent chains. Won’t be returning.
