I booked this stay for my husband for a business trip about 2 days before his stay. When he got there, after a 10+ hour drive from Houston, the staff was rude, there were no towels and no iron. The service didnt improve, a few days later my husband asked the same guy if he could rebook bc he heard that everywhere else was booked. The guy told him he didn't know if he'd have any rooms available and that the price would go up $10... I just booked him somewhere else. Don't stay here, horrible service!!!

Would never stay again.

Room was dirty. Literally had human fluids on one and human & dog hair on the other. I showed the gentleman at the front the photos, he mentioned it to a lady, confirmed he saw them and she starts yelling at me like I did something wrong. Requested new sheets and dude advised me he can check my out. All while far away from home and in town for a business event. Horrible experience. I didn’t even complain about the condition of the room. Just simply requested new bedding.

These people are awesome the hotel is just old. Its super cheap and you get what you paid for. But the bed and room was clean and quite. There was one annoying light on the landing.
