Rooms don’t look like picture at all. Rooms are much outdated. Floors and walls are so thin and not acoustically treated. Bug screen is falling off and everything in the room is dirty.

The cleaning staff did great. Property is further back so nice and quiet. I disliked the self-parking, it was far, I had to open the car door to get in and out as the sensor is poor. I hated the bathroom door, it offers no privacy.

We enjoyed this property and the kids loved it. Our room the air stopped working during the night but they fixed it the next day. Could use new coffee maker in room and new furniture in villas. Great customer service and beautiful place to stay

Lovely amenities; watch for upcharging

Really lovely hotel; so many great amenities just lookout for: 1) some of the rooms are old and dated and 2) it is $40 a night to self park and parking can be very far from your room!
