Staff was great, but there was a repair needed in my room at 9pm to the DirecTV which was very inconvenient since I had just gotten in from working all day and was in the shower. Scared me to have someone pounding on my door trying to get into my room at that hour.

We were stayed after a day at Guadalupe Mountain NP. Monica at the front desk was great. Told us the best place to park that is close to our room. Even checked on us within an hour to ask if everything was ok with the room. Gym was well equipped for people that can handle heavier weights. We plan to stay next year when we visit the mountain again.

On our arrival we were checked in by Monica. Once we were settled in our room she called to see how our room was. We had a problem with our TV and logging into Wi-Fi. Monica came to our room and helped us resolve our issues. She definitely went above and beyond. As an employer she is the kind of employee we all value most!
