There is a cosy lounge area with ample seating for 5 guests, and television and SMART tv and DVD player.

Sit and enjoy a family meal or games night on the table and chairs.

Off the kitchen is a small courtyard area, fully walled, with a table and 4 chairs.

Back inside the ground floor there is a Cloakroom with a WC, washing machine and tumble drier as well as a water tank.

Heading up to the first floor there is a good size double bedroom which is bright and airy with ample storage, a further single room with desk area, perfect for if you need to work during your stay, or if you need a separate area for the children to play. This room also benefits from a fold up bed suitable for a child, available upon request.

There is a small family bathroom on this floor with a bath and shower over.

Off this floor is a door leading to staircase and the loft room, a lovely double room with velux window, television and en-suite with shower room.
