Located in the heart of downtown Carmel, this lovely condo puts you right in the middle of everywhere you want to be. Walk to the beach (8 blocks), the Sunset Center, boutiques, galleries and wine tasting rooms, restaurants, parks and the farmer's market.

Or hop in the car and enjoy scenic drives to Big Sur, 17 Mile Drive® in Pebble Beach® or check out Monterey County wine country in Carmel Valley. Nature-lovers will enjoy the proximity to the Mission Trail System and parks like Point Lobos State Reserve.

The meticulously maintained condominium complex features a tranquil central garden courtyard with mature landscaping, vibrant succulent gardens, and a soothing bubbling fountain. DolceVita, located on the ground floor of this two-level building, has been fully renovated with premium hardwood flooring, luxurious materials and furnished with upscale pieces offering comfort and sophistication.

Living Space
The inviting living room showcases a striking floor-to-ceiling Carmel stone gas fireplace, accented by classic built-ins and elegant plantation shutters. A versatile console desk is perfectly placed to enjoy views of the serene courtyard and is easily converted into a practical workstation. The wifi-enabled Smart TV is available for streaming your favorite shows (guests should bring their own logins for their preferred streaming services).

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is a standout feature of the home with natural Dolce Vita stone countertops and high-end, brand-new appliances. A sleek Café electric cooktop, built-in drawer microwave, modern dishwasher, and streamlined refrigerator combine functionality with style. A wood counter bar opens to the living room, creating a seamless dining and entertaining experience along with an adjacent dining table.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the spacious primary suite, featuring a luxurious king bed, two separate closets and a dresser for convenience and comfort. The elegant en-suite bathroom includes a modern wet room with both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead, along with a separate Italian-made EpiStone freestanding soaking tub—perfect for a spa-like experience at home.

Bedroom #2 features an upholstered queen bed, a custom bookshelf, and a spacious closet. An oversized console desk provides a versatile workspace.
The full hall bath has been remodeled with a standing shower, natural stone flooring, large modern tiles and ambient lighting accents.

Shared, free washers and dryers are located in the underground garage space (not inside the unit).

One designated parking space is located in the secure underground shared garage. Short term street parking is permitted but is closely monitored. The nearby municipal parking lot has EV charging stations and all-day free parking available on a first come, first served basis (not overnight).

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
