This is my new favorite place in Carmel! There was a valet to greet our car when we rolled up and showed us where to go to check in. The front desk attendant was amazing! She greeted us with a sparkling glass of wine and helped us get the perfect room for our reservation. The room itself was excellent. Very clean and spacious. It was easy to get to and the view was incredible. We had views of the sunset and point lobos. This felt like staying in a home, all the amenities of home were there , even bathrobes which were very soft. The jetted oversized tub was so relaxing too. Multiple large TV's and beautiful artwork, very classy. Had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. Views were spectacular too. This is a must stay!!

The room was beautiful views were great too but there was no power because of storm, the fron desk assured us oh we have power back ups but the manager let us know later that its only for lobby! So no electricity no hot water! The hotel didn’t even compensate for this at all! Bad service front desk rude the rooms need better amenities the water heater needed an hour or so to get hot water. Expedia compensated me but the hotel Hyatt customer service is terrible
