The tri-level design has four bedrooms, 3.5 baths, three workspaces, multiple outdoor patios, glorious gardens and an evergreen lawn. The main living areas are on street level: a charming open kitchen/family room, the dining room, formal living room (with a fireplace and piano), a powder room, and a Queen guestroom with an ensuite bath and shower. Upstairs you’ll find an oceanview office and the master bedroom—along with a private bath with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, two lavs and a separate toilet compartment. Downstairs, guests can choose between the “bunk room” with a full bed and a twin, or a guest room with a full bed (these rooms share a hallway bath with a tub/shower). This spectacular home features Mission furniture, radiant heating, oak floors, two fireplaces and a wood-burning stove. Carmel's pristine beaches are just down the street, and the storybook downtown is a short walk away.
