The Space:
Upon entering through the heavy timber security gates, mounted on stout Carmel stone pillars, you’ll feel time slow down as you step into a secluded half-acre sanctuary. This gated property is surrounded by lush greenery and a serene rose garden.


The estate has two residences: the main house (3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 fireplaces) and a private guest house (1 bedroom, 1 full bath).


Main House:


– The living room, with its oversized designer couch and grand wood-burning fireplace, serves as the perfect space to relax while taking in the stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean.


– Adjacent to the living area, the dining room opens onto a majestic balcony overlooking the ocean where you can enjoy your morning coffee or witness the breathtaking Carmel sunsets.


– The master suite has its own entrance, an attached office with a sleeper sofa, a luxurious bedroom adorned with a canopy king-size bed, a jacuzzi, oceanview balcony, and fireplace. 


– Downstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, a bathroom, an 85-inch TV, an additional sleeper sofa, and another inviting fireplace. The lower level also has a private entrance, offering ideal accommodations for guests seeking their own space.


– The villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a brand-new Italian gas range, Nespresso machine, KitchenAid mixer, rice cooker, spices, teas, and outdoor grill—plus a dedicated bar area with premium glassware for effortless entertaining.


– The home also includes a spacious laundry room with brand-new, high-end washer and dryer—ideal for extended stays and ultimate convenience.




Guest House: 


– The private guest house, decorated in the same modern Mediterranean style with artisan touches, includes a king-size bed, a fireplace, a kitchenette, bathroom, and an outdoor grill area.


– A two-car garage and additional parking for up to six vehicles ensure convenience for guests.

This was an ideal location for us to visit downtown Carmel, visit Big Sur, enjoy great food, and play golf at Pebble. The property is STUNNING, Marco was very attentive and helped us understand all the ins and outs of the home when we arrived, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the views were unreal. It was also amazing to have king beds for our entire family, plus extra space for our toddler to have her own room. What a dream vacation. 10/10 recommend this property!
