House located in a quiet residential area near the beaches: Ty-Bihan and Saint Colomban are respectively 300 and 400 m away. The town of Carnac is 2.5 km away and the Thalassotherapy centre is 1.5 km away.
Auray and its station are located about fifteen kilometers away.
New house of 84 m² comprising 3 bedrooms and a sleeping area.
Ground floor:
- Small living room with sofa, television, dining area;
- Independent kitchen with oven, dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, air fryer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster - pantry with fridge-freezer, washing machine;
- Bedroom 1: 140 cm bed, storage wardrobe, - adjoining bathroom with shower and washbasin;
- Independent toilet with hand basin.
On the 1st floor:
- Room 2: 1 bed of 140 cm, wardrobe, bench, garden chair;
- Room 3: 1 bed of 140 cm, wardrobe, bench, shelf, garden chair;
- Additional room: folding extra bed 80 cm, bedside table, bench;
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet;
Enclosed garden with double terrace, garden table and 6 garden chairs, parasol.
