The Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming apartment in Carnac, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fiber optic), a surface area of 40 m² and capacity for up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 150 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- One bedroom with a single pull-out bed (sleeps 2: 80 x 190, suitable for children)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
