Maison agréable, très bien pour des vacances au bord de la mer. Partie jardin bien équipée (mobilier agréable, barbecue), cuisine également (lave linge, pas de lave-vaisselle), Salle de bain neuve avec douche italienne, Wifi très bien. Améliorations possibles : - Double vitrage fenêtres chambres côté avenue de Penthièvre (relativement passante) - Parasol difficile à utiliser lorsque le vent forcit (assez fréquent selon météo).

Wir waren mit unseren erwachsenen Söhnen dort. Die Nähe zu den Stränden ist optimal, die große Sonnenterrasse ist wunderbar. Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, besonders die Küche. Das Bad und WC sind neuwertig.

Ferienhaus Penthiere

Sehr altes und unsauberes Geschirr und Besteck. Keine Spülmaschine und auch die Kaffeemaschine, Backofen und Mikrowelle warten unbenutzbar, völlig verdreckt. Mussten erstmal putzen um uns wohl zu fühlen. Ansonsten ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit schöner Terasse.

ruim huisje, heerlijk dicht bij strand

Het huis voldeed prima. Het is een wat ouder huis, maar toilet en badkamer zijn recent opgeknapt. Dat ziet er prachtig uit, maar de douche afvoer was duidelijk niet berekend op zoveel water... De bedden waren hard. Voor wie daarvan houdt waren ze prima denk ik zo (wijzelf zijn van de zachte matrassen..) Alles was aanwezig behalve schilmesjes en fatsoenlijke koffiekoppen. De sleuteloverdracht was duidelijk en vriendelijk. De informatievoorziening in de map die we meekregen was goed, wat we niet wisten (wat te doen met het afval van na de vuilnisafhaaldag) hebben we naar beste weten gedaan en dit gemeld bij het terugbrengen van de sleutel en dat was helemaal prima. Zoals gezegd, het douchewater liep niet goed af. Zodra we daarover gebeld hebben kwam er binnen 1½ uur iemand om dat op te lossen (en ons nieuwe handdoeken te brengen omdat we die voor de gang hadden moeten gebruiken). De ligging is fantastisch, inderdaad zo'n 200 meter van het strand ! Ideaal dus om ook 's avonds nog even een wandelingetje naar het strand te maken. Dit strand is niet zo groot, vonden wij ideaal, maar er zijn grotere stranden vlak bij. Het voelde wel echt als een vakantiedorp. En in september in Carnac betekent dat dat het zo'n beetje uitgestorven is. (heerlijk vonden wij, maar daar moet je van houden). Verderop in het centrum van Carnac was echter nog genoeg leven.
