Carnac, famous for its beautiful sandy beaches and its prehistoric site is the perfect seaside resort for family holidays.



Residence overlooking the sea. Direct access to the main beach. Supermarket at about 600m. Shopping center at about 1600. Sailing club at about 1200m.

Superbe petit appartement optimisé

Vie au rythme des marées et de la nature. Massages aux huiles chaudes avec laurence aux petits soins pas loin, grandes marches avec ma petite chienne. Et même en cette saison quelques moments au soleil sur le balcon. Bars à huîtres et restaurants très bons 3 bémols sur mon séjour : - impossible de mettre le four électronique en route même avec la notice que j'ai fini par trouver dans une pile dans un placard. - pas d'étagères ni de tiroirs dans l'armoire pour vider ma valise en rangement pratiques. - sur Abritel, marqué animaux acceptés, vous payez votre réservation, et seulement ensuite le propriétaire vous annonce ensuite que c'est 25€ de plus pour la semaine avec un petit chien de 5kg..... Pas indiqué sur le descriptif... Sinon, le reste, super !

Vue océan panoramique

Appartement avec une magnifique vue sur l’océan. Un peu excentré du centre de la station de Carnac Plage mais particulièrement au calme : on prend plaisir à se laisser porter par le bruit des vagues. Grand lit en 160 avec une literie en 160, appartement très sain,électroménager de qualité.

Très bon séjour, appartement très agréable, très lumineux, très bien situé. Juste porte de douche très vieillissante et très sale au niveau des joints. Également non signalé sur annonce que appartement est au 2 eme étage sans ascenseur.

Très belle vue et appartement bien conçu . À mon arrivée toutes les machines sont tombées en panne l une après l autre. Machine à laver 4 semaines pour la remplacer alors que j ai loué 6 semaines d effilée. Micro onde non remplacé frigidaire en panne et remplacé par un autre mais sans freezer. Magle des demandes réitérés pour remboursement de lavage linge et remise location, le responsable Mr guegan de l agence atlantique se fait invisible et laisse le soin à son personnel de prendre toutes les remarques désagréable et n assume rien. L appartement est vraiment bien autrement de part la vue et la conception. Les propriétaires feraient bien de changer d agence .....

Schöne Wohnung mit Meerblick

Wohnung direkt Meer gelegen, gute Ausstattung. Aus beiden Zimmern durch die großen Schiebetürfenster Blick aufs Meer. Balkon geht über die gesamte Breite. Stromkosten, hauptsächlich fürs Warmwasser und ggf. Heizung werden extra abgerechnet. Unsere Fahrräder fanden Platz im Treppenhaus. Parken an der Straße möglich.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub!

Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist, dass man wirklich alles selbst mitbringen muss/sollte, da z.B. keine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen vorhanden ist. Die Küche verfügt übrigens nicht über die Senseo-Kaffeemaschine, sondern über eine ganz klassische Kaffeemaschine. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit gerne wieder anmieten!
