House located in a private dead-end street in a quiet area of Carnac-Plage. Commercial centre 600m away, beach 700m away, sailing club and Thalassotherapy 900m away.



Semi-detached house of approximately 82m2, in a quiet location, with enclosed garden (garden furniture, sun loungers). South-facing.



Ground floor: Living/dining room with bench, TV. Bay window overlooking the terrace and garden. Fitted kitchen: microwave, gas hob: 3 burners and 1 electric plate, fridge/freezer compartment, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric coffee maker. Room with washing machine and access to WC.



First floor (wooden floor): 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed and storage cupboard. 1 adjoining bedroom with 3 90cm beds leading to: 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and private bathroom: washbasin, shower cabin, toilet. 2nd bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, toilet.



1 parking for 1 car and garage for storage. City gas heating.



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

Deposit: €450 to be paid on site

Charges: Gas included from June to early October / additional (based on meter reading) outside this period

Tourist tax: to be paid on site

Pet: allowed (€25 extra)

Maison bien située et gestion des arrivées / départs faciles. Maison en revanche « dans son jus », aucun charme. Heureusement il faisait beau et nous étions majoritairement en extérieur. Quelques investissements en décoration nécessaires !

Déception à son maximum

Je ne comprends pas qu une agence immobilière cautionne la mise en location saisonnière d un logement ne correspondant pas à un cahier des charges classique d une location saisonnière- l électricité n'est pas aux normes, courant aléatoire suivant la prise utilisée- Cuisine dont le four dans un état de crasse comme rarement vu, nous avons été contraint de nous restaurer à l extérieur, ustensiles de cuisine datant certainement de la date de construction de la maison : rouillés, cassés... Maison envahie de puces/cafards mais c est normal d après l agence- Chaises de jardin noires et crasseuses Maison non entretenue

Très calme et bien situé au sud entre bourg et grande plage

Maison intéressante pour un couple et 2 enfants, dont la propreté est un peu juste, ainsi que certains accessoires de cuisine. Par contre, choses diverses inutiles dans la cuisine, d'où manque de place dans placards. Canapé et fauteuils de salon pas confortables ... Toutefois nous nous sommes bien plus....

Situation correcte, jardin agréable. Équipement correcte. Point négatif : déco ancienne Gros point négatif : maison remplie de blattes (lit, canapé, toilette...). Normal selon l'agence, elle rentre l'été...

Travaux en face de la maison, facile pour se reposer, pelouse à faire car impraticable, plexi de la baignoire qui est tombée sur mon fils et l'a blessé ... j'avais pas signé pour çà
