- Living room with dining area (table, benches, and chairs) and lounge area (TV, 1 fixed sofa + 1 Rapido convertible sofa: 2-person sleeping, 140, duvet), opening onto the terrace and extended by the private enclosed garden, facing South and West (garden furniture)
- 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm, duvet) and 1 single bed (90cm, duvet), opening onto the terrace
