Thoughtfully cared for and full of character, the cabin blends classic Tahoe charm with comfortable living, making it an ideal getaway for families, couples, or friends seeking relaxation and convenience in a tranquil setting.



Agate Bay is conveniently located close to Tahoe City and Kings Beach, both great lakeside towns with wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores, boat/bicycle rentals and much more. World class ski resorts including Northstar, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows are a short drive from the cabin. Behind the Agate Bay neighborhood there are hiking/biking trails that eventually lead to the Tahoe Rim Trail.



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.



Important:

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance.



Some Highlights Include:

•Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

•Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

•Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 3



Due to extreme fire danger- The use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited in any of our rental properties. All charoal or wood burning bbq's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Carnelian Bay cabin is smoke free.
