Cook up a meal in this modern kitchen and serve it on the classic dining room table for eight in the formal dining area. If you'd like to relax, the stone fireplace in the living room is just the place to do it! The home's entertainment room includes a large flatscreen TV and a pool table. Every room in the house is designed to be filled with natural sunlight. Very quiet neighborhood yet only half mile from the lake. Within 20 minutes driving, will take you to Northstar, Alpine Meadow, Squaw Valley ski resorts.
The cozy living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends. Gather around the fireplace on a chilly winter day and bring along some hot chocolate and board games! Around the corner is a gourmet kitchen showcasing modern appliances and a built in breakfast bar. Feast over a home cooked meal at the second dining table with seating for 8 by the kitchen. Alternatively, dine outside in the fenced in backyard. The backyard is clad with a picnic table, BBQ grill, tether ball, horseshoe pit.
For further entertainment head upstairs to the entertainment/game room. This room includes a large flatscreen smart TV (Netflix, youtube, etc.) and a pool table. WIFI is also available throughout the home.
