Booked for two nights got charged an additional night because I was never told I checked in to early. Staff tried to blame me for their system not updating an “Audit” and I should have checked in after their “Audit”. Still don’t know what they are talking about.

I purchased the hot tub suite Room 202 and we didn't even sit on the bed. We went to dinner and arrived back with snacks(not even opened yet). Put the snacks on the desk and not 5 minutes later there were roaches crawling all over our food. We promptly left immediately. We didn't stay the night and didn't stay long enough to take our shoes off after dinner.

Stayed there for a night while on DC visit, need a place near highway, about an hour distance from DC. Pretty standard place, with free parking, free breakfast. Spacious room. Good place for crashing at night while on the road.

We had to switch the first room when we checked in due to mildew smell and wet carpet and no hall light and hot refrigerator. After the 3rd day house keeper come to clean room they just change trash and put more towels made the bed with the sheets that had been on the beds didn’t wipe anything down…

Did not have a good experience staying here at all. Room was very nasty. Lampshades had mold on them, dog hair on bedding, pillows and bedding have a musty smell, food crumbs still on stuff, and found ants crawling around. My sister and I felt very uncomfortable the entire stay and had we not been so tired, we would have left and stayed somewhere else.

The the front desk lady wasn’t welcoming at all. The bathroom has tiny samples of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Curtains don’t close.
