Those who love life on the water can enjoy a peaceful cruise along the tranquil waters of Lake Windermere aboard a traditional steamer from Bowness-on-Windermere (25 miles).

Adjoining the lounge, you’ll find the heart of this home-away-from-home in the spacious kitchen/diner that’s flooded with natural light from the picture windows and French doors. Traditional features such as flagstone-style flooring and contemporary farmhouse decor add a touch of true elegance; on a fine evening, open the French doors to the garden to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. At the rear of the kitchen, there's a handy utility room. Each of the three tranquil bedrooms upstairs share the same peaceful atmosphere as the rest of this rural retreat.
