Back yard is completely fenced in with a 6' privacy fence for your pets safety. Back deck is equipped with chairs and gas fire pit. Front deck with chairs provides a quiet place to relax. A great place to call home while you're away, Cleaning fees are not charged as long as the cottage is left like it was on check-in. Bring your boat- trailer parking available. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Guests are required to wash sheets, wash towels, make beds, fold towels and clean prior to checkout. Cleaning materials are provided for guests such as a vacuum, laundry detergent, etc.
There is no cleaning fee as long as the guest leaves the house as they would expect when they arrive. (Clean and ready for the next guest)

We had a great time and loved the house and the fenced in yard for the doggies. It was so close to everything. We walked to pretty much everything you could need.

We had a wonderful vacation. The beach house is very cute and had more than enough room for my family and dog. The walk to the beach and boardwalk were very close and convenient. About a 3-5 minute walk for both. Will be back next year.
