Nice place there is only one parking spot for rental. Owners who own other condos are not friendly about the parking. People who stayed above us were very loud could hear everything.

Nice part of town

I ask if the property was oceanfront because I did not see ocean in any of the pics and was told that it was ocean front. Well, it was oceanfront but they failed to let you know there are dunes right outside the window so you can't see the ocean. The bed sheets were dirty. We did like the neighborhood. It is nice and quiet.

Oceanfront but No Ocean View!

The property sufficed for a weekend getaway with my partner and two small kiddos. The property is on the smaller side and outdated. The floor wasn't super clean and we had to wash dishes before use. However, the proximity to the beach was great with two littles and all the beach "stuff." We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. Maintenance staff was very responsive. My biggest issue with this property is the view. When I pay prime pricing for oceanfront, I expect to have a view of the beach from the property. You can't see anything over the dunes from the balcony of this property, and this is not disclosed in the property details or the reviews. I hope reviews that mention this issue aren't being deleted, as renters deserve transparency on this, especially when paying higher prices.

Perfect location for a beach holiday

We loved that we only had to walk a few steps to get to the beach. Condo was clean and well equipped for 4 people. One side of the king bed was sagged and the handle of the balcony door was broken
