Fat Pelicans & Britts Donuts (local Carolina Beach icons), Tony Silvagni's surfing school, paddle boarding, and recreational rentals/umbrellas. Malama Cafe, Fork & Cork, Havanas, Nikkis Sushi, El Cazador Mexican, Ida Thai, Kates Pancakes, Lake park Steak House, The Deckhouse, Crush & Grind coffee/wine bar, Hurricane Alleys, The Pitt, Carolina Smokehouse, Stoked at the Marina, endless options on the island!

Parking is located in the parking garage under the house. Rent bikes, golf carts, drive within 10 minutes or less to Historic Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium. Downtown Wilmington is about 15-25 minutes away (depending on traffic!).

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please load and start the dishwasher with any used dishes. Bag all trash and dispose of it in the designated building receptacles (located near the elevator/ground floor).
Please ensure all sand is rinsed off at the outdoor shower. Ensure the balcony door is tightly locked and all wet towels are hung or placed in the tub.
Please turn off all lights and set the AC to 75°F. Ensure the door is fully latched and locked via the keypad as you leave. Have a safe trip home!
