Welcome to The Sunrise Shack!
Enjoy this newly renovated 1940’s tropical beach home just moments away from the island’s favorite restaurants and activities.

The beach is only a 0.2 mile walk from the Sunrise Shack! In addition to convenient beach access, this home is no more than a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk, local restaurants, shopping, and Carolina Beach Lake Park while still offering privacy and a quiet space to relax after a long day enjoying the beach.
The space
Main upper unit of duplex. Private 2 Bed/1Bath. Owners live in completely separate lower unit with different outside entrance.

Appliances: full size fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, blender, and toaster.

Fully stocked kitchen: Dishes, pots/pans, utensils, drip coffee pot, french press, coffee, and tea.

Bed linens and 4 bath towels provided, as well as hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels.

WiFi available throughout the home and Roku equipped TV's in both bedrooms and main living room (Disney+, ESPN+, & Hulu provided).

Well trained pets welcome with fee. Two pet limit, one time $200 pet fee per pet applies. Please let us know at time of booking if you will be bringing pets and how many. Backyard is fully fenced but one fence is about 3ft tall.

Outdoor spaces: Long screened in front porch is perfect for sipping coffee while watching the sunrise. New spacious back deck and outdoor shower is great for family and friends after a long day at the beach. Enjoy yard games, relaxing sunsets, or let your dog run free in our large backyard.

Parking - 2 free spaces available: 1 space in front of the garage and 1 space parallel to the street in front of the stairs. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid parking in their yard.

Guest Access - Private access to entire 2nd level (2 bed/1 bath). Our bathroom is small and contains a stand up shower. We also have an outside shower located in the backyard that you can use.

Entry through front door and back door. Keyless PIN code lock on front door that is specific to you.

Great location!

Very clean property! Comfortable for family of 4; kiddos shared a room. Location to beach and downtown is superb; great for biking and walking. Really no need to drive once you’ve landed. Minor things, shower stall and bathroom are incredible small also wished there were a few more kitchen items. Overall we would stay again!

Great beach cottage

It was great to find this smaller beach home at a reasonable price without having to resort to a stay at a condo. Great location to beach and loved the fenced in backyard for our Lab. The large screened in front porch was a wonderful place to stay in shade and relax. The only suggestions would be to have to have a deck umbrella to provide shade on the back deck as it is south facing and receives full sun all day and the other would be to have more pots/glassware for cooking and bowls for food preparation and storing. Would highly recommend this rental for couples or small family of 4.

Awesome!

Location is outstanding. The place is well appointed and the host are great. It's not a big place, but well suited for two couples or a couple with two kids that can sleep in the same bed. Back yard was perfect for our two dogs and the deck is fantastic. Did I mention location?
