We are renting a 3 bedroom - 3 bath home that is 1,856 square feet in size. The living room , kitchen, and dining room are all open concept. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances and laundry room with a front load washer/dryer. Enjoy your morning breakfast on the balcony. The homes amenities are picnic/BBQ area, rocking chair front porches, private outdoor shower, and covered parking. Kick back and relax as a movie plays on the 65 inch flat-screen cable TV

Yellow house was excellent! Location was great. The market was the next block over with a coffee shop. The house was clean and it was great to have a bathroom en suite for every bedroom. The porch off the living area had rocking chairs to sit and enjoy the breeze. It also had a dining table and chairs for plenty of seating. We really enjoyed our weekend getaway in Carolina Beach. Highly recommended this property to couples, girls trip or families.

The house is in a great location. It is within walking distance to everything, including a small grocery store. The house was also very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking from bowls, pots and pans, utensils etc. There was a minor hiccup when we first arrived, but the hosts had maintenance come and fix it with 5 minutes of us calling. We will definitely be renting from them again. This was an A experience, not one thing I would say needed improving.

The house was even more beautiful in person! Me my husband and two children, along with my mother in law and her boyfriend stayed for a full week! The house is within walking distance to EVERYTHING we walked to the beach every morning. My 4 yr old got to enjoy the rides at the boardwalk before they closed on Labor Day. The owners are so responsive and friendly. Brian himself called to give me check in directions. We definitely want to make this a yearly vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the yellow beach house! The house is perfect for families or groups as each bedroom has its own bathroom. We were within walking to distance to everything from the boardwalk, the beach, and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding, so we didn’t spend a lot of time at the beach, but enjoyed the waves for a bit! The hosts were great with communication and the house was impeccable. Our only suggestion is tissue boxes in the bathrooms, otherwise the house had everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay!!

Idea location

Central to everything, located right at the Carolina Beach boardwalk. Can sit on the deck and enjoy live music from Havanas. Close to everything but still far enough away from the noise of traffic. Updated spacious home. Couches and beds were very comfortable and house was immaculate.

This house was awesome and the owners were amazing. The only downside we saw was the location of the outlet to charge a golf cart and no garden hose to wash everything off. Those things did not change the amazing time we had!

Delightful 2 1/2 month stay

My wife and I just completed a delightful 2 1/2 month stay in the yellow house while we waited for our new home to be built. The house is as advertised. The location cannot be beat. You are a five minute walk from the beach, five minutes from a beautiful lake that I enjoyed so much and you can walk to breakfast lunch and dinner if you so choose. The highlight of the house is the living room/kitchen area upstairs that is large, bright, airy and comfortable. The property manager, Sherry, took great care of us, along with Scott the maintenance technician, whenever we needed them. You will enjoy your stay in the yellow house.!

Yellow house

Great place to stay, my wife and I love this place. Love how every bedroom has their own bathroom. Super spacious/comfy upstairs/ living area. Love the top patio, able to see the ocean and great views of Carolina Beach amusement park/especially when the Ferris Wheel is up. Will definitely be planning another trip back!

Vacation to visit grandparents. Lots of room. Easy walking distance to the beach. Loved having full bath with each bedroom. Make sure to bring your own beach towels, salt & pepper and coffee.
