Welcome to your home away from home, The Salty Shamrock at Carolina Beach! The Salty Shamrock is a fully updated, modern, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking and entertaining needs. Enjoy ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and the deck! The spacious deck is perfect for relaxation and hanging out while watching the sunrise and listening to the ocean. The condo has all your beach needs ready including chairs, a beach wagon and a cooler. The walk to the Periwinkle Public Beach Access is super convenient and located less than a block away. There is also a seasonal pool for you to enjoy on the property. Carolina Beach has fun and activities for all ages any time of the year! A quick mile and a half away is the famous Carolina Beach Boardwalk that includes the boardwalk amusement park which runs all summer, live music and seafood festivals throughout the year, many restaurants, bars, breweries, coffee shops, the marina, and many shops and boutiques for shopping! A short drive away is Fort Fisher where you can fish at Freeman Park or off the Pier, Carolina Lake Beach Park for fun seasonal activities and events, and the NC Aquarium. Community pool available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA).

*We also manage the neighboring unit Ocean Harbor 31 if you are planning a trip with friends and family and need some extra space, so be sure to check availability!

Overall, the property was decent. It was reasonably maintained and everything was in working order. We stayed a week. I had a few minor property issues, which the property managers responded to promptly. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You will have to make your own bed when you arrive. There are lots of beach amenities in the interior closet.
