Enjoy sweeping panoramic views from the living room, master bedroom and deck of this top 3rd floor corner Condo directly on the ocean. Swim, catch waves, or build sandcastles below your bedroom or dine on your deck overlooking the ocean. Master Bedroom has Queen bed with private bathroom and opens onto deck; second bedroom has Twin Beds with small ocean view and bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen with amenities, dishwasher, and small twin washer/dryer. Small, Kiddy/Spa Pool downstairs. Superb location walking distance to the Carolina Beach Lake and the Boardwalk. Walk 3 minutes to Boardwalk for ice cream, hot dogs, and swings or stroll to the Amusement Park, Marina, Restaurants, Markets, and Shops. Jog, bicycle or paddleboat on the Lake across the street. In season, watch fireworks from the deck or attend outdoor movies by the lake. Aquarium, Fishing Pier, Historic Ft. Fisher and Ferry to Southport are a short drive away. A fifteen minute drive to concerts, restaurants, and shopping in Wilmington.

Parking: Parking is unassigned for 2 vehicles No Over-Sized Vehicles. Ask Reservationist for details) No Boats, Trailers, Campers, etc. allowed. There are bays under the building where you will be able to park. You may be required to block someone in or vice versa. Wonderful communication and property mgmt co / property needs updates

First let me say that the owners have made a very wise decision in choosing their property management company-- the company was helpful, patient, respectful and had great customer service, which made the experience excellent. However, the property itself left us excited to get back to our beds at home by the end of the trip. Pros and cons below.Pros: - property management company very helpful and responsive- location location location! Great spot, right on the beach, close to Hang Ten, Squigleys, Boardwalk, and we could watch the Thursday night fireworks from our balcony- easy drive to the ferry to get to Southport- great pool- french press was fun to useCons: - prior to sleeping on the twin beds, I'd never truuuuly experienced an uncomfortable mattress before. They are like sleeping on a piece of plywood. - the carpeting on the balcony I tried not to think too much about how many germs and how much crud was in it-- it is clearly very old and leaves something to be desired- very few useful tools in the kitchen - thank goodness for the Dollar General down the road- tiny (relatively speaking) tv in the living room and no tvs in the rest of the rooms- the blankets in the rooms for additional warmth if needed-- I am not sure how old those things are but they were ... gross. I ended up going to Walmart and getting myself an additional blanket- the PARKING: you have to park so that either you are parking someone in or someone is parking you in

Great vacation spot

We were really impressed with the size of this condo. Have never had a 2 bedroom with this much space! The view was wonderful! Easy walking to multiple eateries. 3rd floor walk-up was ok as long as you can do stairs numerous times a day. The huge balcony does need new furniture. 2 chairs with holes and very dirty. Maybe some tall chairs to see over the railing. TV is way too small for that size space. Refrigerator is kinda loud. Overall, we had a great stay!

Our stay overall was good, despite 2 weeks that were extremely windy! The last week was beautiful. We would return to Catolina Beach, but would looke for an updated condo. It was clean however and that was the most important thing!

Perfect mellow beach spot

The condo came fully stocked with anything you might need on your beach trip - games, books, local info, kitchen items. It was walking distance to the boardwalk, coffee shops, and even the Tiki Bar. The sunrises were beautiful, and the porch was shaded in the afternoon. We loved our stay at Sands 4!
