Oceanfront with a fabulous location, this Carolina Beach Rental is the one that you want! Two bedrooms and two baths, this unit will sleep up to 4 Guests. It’s time to relax and you can do so by lounging on the spacious deck that spans from the master bedroom to the living room. There is nothing obstructing the spectacular views of the ocean! You will have access to all the must need amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, coffee maker and three smart TV’s! At Sands 5, there is a community pool that is open from Mid-May through Mid-September (dates available are determined by the HOA). Also, on the grounds there is a common area with grills and picnic areas for your use. The location of this property is very central on the Island. You’re a short walk away from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, the Carolina Beach Lake, and a variety of different restaurants and shops! Jump in the car, and now you’re only a short drive from all that Pleasure Island has to offer you. No smoking is allowed on the Sands 5 premises.

There is only one parking space available per unit, so make sure you ask us about other parking options if you have more than one vehicle.

Could have been better

The property’s location was nice but:We were told to bring our own towels, yet they were provided. The A/C is supposed to set at 78 degrees, which we obliged, but with no fans in the rooms, it was very uncomfortable.
