Wonderful oceanfront home with four bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom on the lower level (lower level is accessible through a separate exterior access). Sunshine House is light and airy with lots of space to enjoy family and friends. Wonderful covered porch for sitting and relaxing. Easy access to the beach and outside shower. Lower level bedroom has the 4 Twin Beds (Bunk Beds) which makes for a great place to put the kids. The lower level bedroom does have its own entrance. Access to sitting area in foyer tower now included. 3 TVs with expanded cable service and wifi is included. Bedroom #1 - 1 King, Bedroom #2 - 2 Queens, Bedroom #3 - 2 Queens, Bedroom #4 - 2 Twins Bedroom #5 - 4 Twins (Bunks). Parking for up to 4 cars at this property. Just 4 short blocks from the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier and Freeman Park 4-Wheel Drive Area.
