The apartment is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house. The entrance gate is shared with the other house on the second floor, as is part of the garden equipped with an outdoor shower and washing machine.
The dwelling has an exclusive entrance veranda , furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The house opens with a comfortable living room in which there are akitchenette and 1 double sofa bed.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, including 1 double, 1 twin and 1 with a French double bed (140 cm), served by 1 full shower room and 1 service bathroom.
It can thus accommodate 5-6 guests in maximum comfort reaching a maximum accommodation capacity of 8 beds. The interiors are well-kept and comfortable.

Lido Specchiolla, the seaside resort where La Controra is located, is an ideal spot to spend your vacation in Puglia: all the main services (beaches, bars, restaurants, convenience stores) are present.
The resort is in a central position among the most renowned tourist destinations of Salento and Valle d`Itria, all of which can be reached in a few minutes by car.
These include: the natural oasis of Torre Guaceto less than 5 km away, the historic center of Ostuni, which can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and the architectural wonders of Lecce and Alberobello, both just over 50 km away.
Of note is the proximity to Brindisi airport: 23 km.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 10 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Washing machine, entrance gate and external shower shared with another apartment.

- In the room with French bed is not air conditioned.
