the Lamia Madreperla and is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers.

comfortable cane fence offers shelter from the sun and allows you to
have breakfast or lunch outdoors. At dusk, the authenticity of Lamia
Madreperla is enhanced by night lighting, designed to give emotions.
Shabby Chic and cozy furnishings for an unforgettable stay
The
pure white of the interiors gives light and elegance to the
environments of Lamia Madreperla. The shabby chic style furnishings
create the right atmosphere for a romantic stay. The entrance leads to
the main room: a dining room with stone kitchenette for the living area,
and a double bedroom with a characteristic vaulted ceiling for the
sleeping area. A bathroom with shower completes the interiors. Foldable
pou-bed and baby cot available upon request.

Lamia
Madreperla is located in Serranova, in the countryside of Carovigno,
just 5 km from the beaches of Torre Guaceto and Lido Specchiolla. The
natural reserve of Torre Guaceto is an ideal destination for nature
lovers, where there are various services: bicycle or train excursions,
sailing school, diving and diving courses, bird watching. The nearby
center of Serranova is about 1 km away. Also noteworthy is the proximity
to the most renowned resorts such as Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie
Messapica.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 15 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The bathroom is not equipped with bidet.
- Pouf bed available for children until 12 years old with an extra cost of euro 5 per night, upon request.
- Lamia Madreperla is close to Villa Acquadolce, with the possibility to rent them together.
