three bathrooms, alarm system and heating system. The modern villa is
ideal for a vacation in Apulia dedicated to relaxation and entertainment
and it can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Swimming in the turquoise pool of Villa Carlita is a unique experience, just like getting a tan in the solarium area near the olive trees, while hearing the cicadas singing during the hot Summer days or the crickets singing at night. The verandah by the pool and the lawn is ideal at lunch or dinner. From the roof of the villa it is possible to enjoy a beautiful view on the sea.

The
villa is characterized by glass walls and comfortable rooms and
furniture chosen with attention to details: it is colorful in the living
room and light in the sleeping area. The villa consists of a living room with kitchen and sitting room with television, while the sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms
(one with ensuite bathroom), a bathroom with sofa bed for two guests
and two other bathrooms with shower. The villa is equipped with
accessories such as the air conditioning, wifi connection, alarm system, washing machine, electric oven, dishwasher and satellite television.

The surroundings of Villa Carlita
Villa Carlita is in the countryside of Carovigno, near the sea and the most famous towns of Northern Salento. Specchiolla is 4 kilometers away while the Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto is 7 kilometers away. The town of Carovigno, with its charming old town centre and amenities, is 5 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 35 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September, off-season pool's opening has an extra prce of euro 150 per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 96 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. 
- In case of large groups, or two families who want to stay close together: the property is very close to Villa Lisy.
- The pool has 4 steps of access.
