We are on the corner of Sandyland Road and Ash Ave, just across the street from the Worlds Safest Beach, Carpinteria Salt Marsh Nature Park with great trails, and site seeing. The unit is across the street from the beach with a convenient location for the Kayaking, Standup boarding, Surfboard rentals, and bike rentals in town. You can catch the Seaside Shuttle into town.

Our unit is completely remodeled so when you walk in the front door you feel like you are walking into a warm Beach Island retreat. It is a Beautiful 1 bedroom condo in quiet complex- Pergo floors, WIFI , 42' Plasma T.V. with DVD player. A beautiful King sofa sleeper. and a dinning room table that seats 4. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a French door refrigerator, with hot and cold filtered water, Stove-oven combo with Microwave above, built in dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker with pod cup or full pot ability, Toaster Air fryer oven, and Toaster . The Bedroom has a Queen size remote controlled electric Bed, where you fall asleep to the sound of the waves, a large closet , with a full size dresser, night stands, and a T.V. The Bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Then out to the patio to sit and look at the stunning mountains, beautiful sunsets or just relax and have a glass of wine or a cold one:) It has a comfortable patio bar that sits 4 with a great view of ocean and mountains, and also has 4 lounge chairs with ottomans and 2 cocktail tables along with a Propane Weber Barbecue. All this with access from Patio to the Beach, With Lifeguards on duty Memorial Day thru Labor day! Where you can go play on the beach, Boogie Boarding, Body Surfing, Kayaks, stand up boarding, Surfboards ,Swimming, Sunbathing, or just relax and read a book. The complex has his and her bathrooms with showers. There is 2 Pools one for kids, along with a Jacuzzi. The complex has a laundry room with 3 washers and dryers that require quarters to use. There is easy access parking in front and sides, and also gated, covered carport parking. Once you park, no need to move your car (Except Front parking has street sweeping on Tuesday from 8:00 to 11:00, and on Wednesday on Ash Side street has street sweeping) Easy walk into Town, with cute shops and dining, and for the more adventurous the Franklin Trail has great walking and bike trails. and my absolute Favorite is a 1 1/2 mile walk to the Seal Rockery, and Tar pits, and Tide pools where you are sure to find a lot of Sea treasures! Also walk to The Train station and take the train to Santa Barbara, etc... The adventure is yours to enjoy!!!
