The Franklin Inn is a frequent go to. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. This is a convenient, clean, maintained, and reasonable stay.

The staff were so kind, extremely supportive and helpful to me and my family. They went over and above to ensure that my stay was the best, they could offer. They offered a continental breakfast everyday. The room was ready for me, on time when I arrived. The stay was comfortably well. The room was clean, also, necessary toiletries was definitely provided. Also, nice towels, a beautiful large screen television. The room came with a small refrigerator with a top freezer… just the right size. It was quiet and a safe place. This was my second time staying at Franklin Inn. I will always stay there, whenever I am visiting Carrebelle, Fl. It is very close to everything and reasonably priced to make your vacation great. They truly care about their guests. Thank you staff members at Franklin Inn.

Toilet had to be plugged every time you use it. TV wouldn't go above volume 5 so there was no point in watching it. AC couldn't cool the room because the bed blocks it. Not worth what they charge.

The room was clean however we did a problem with ants coming in. Check in was 3 however we had to wait for the floor to be mopped almost 3:45 before we got to go in. Everyone was nice.

The facility was very clean. We had 3 separate rooms and they were all next to each other. Quick trip, not in the room much, but they had tv and internet, hair dryer, frig, microwave, small coffee maker

We only needed a crash pad for the night and wanted to save some money. I guess you get what you paid for. The bed and floor had a few bugs (luckily not bed bugs), The shower had lots of hair from previous guests, and the coffee maker did not work. Would not stay there again. For $30 more stay somewhere else!

Bug

I found evidence of bed bug stains on mattress cover and a bug skeleton on shower curtain, kept it, showed front desk. Gave me new room w no such evidence but I itched all nite. Ugh Sadly I'm a. Expert after mom's assisted living got them. Pls call me. 301-351-2644. I'd like compensation for my anxiety.

This was a nice place to stay and we had access to where we needed to go. There was some destroyed buildings and a travel trailer permanetly parked in the parking lot, but other than that it was just fine.
