A delightful property in a wonderful village.

We had two wonderful weeks in our rented property which was situated within five minutes from excellent restaurants and village shops. Cassac-Aillac is well placed with many of the iconic beauty-spots within easy driving distance. An extra bonus were the wonderful range of birds we had in the garden. Despite being near to the main village road, it was so peaceful

Good location for exploring local sites

Good sized and well equipped property. We were 6 Adults and had enough space. Many local areas to explore all within 1/2 hour. Village has a Spar, friendly Bar, Butcher and Boulangerie. Garden well fenced to keep in the dogs as well with plenty of space.

Stunningly clean. Everything you could need and the air conditioning was blissful when needed. Huge secure garden for our dogs and lovely views from the window. Village has restaurants and all essential shops.

Beautiful property

We have just returned home having spent a month in this fabulous property. The house is very well presented, with an open plan layout, the kitchen is very modern & well equipped with a huge fridge freezer, dishwasher & microwave. The outside area is lovely too, with a veranda & fully enclosed garden to all sides, perfect for our two dogs. A couple of minutes walk takes you to the village with good amenities. The host was excellent giving a good introduction to the property & answering any questions promptly. I would not hesitate in recommending this property.

Fantastic house in an amazing location

This is a beautiful and well maintained property. On arrival we were impressed by the overall appearance of the house and on entering the property it was immaculately clean. Yannick gave us a very in-depth introduction to the house. The house is spacious however if you were using the parental suite upstairs, a note of caution as the stairs are open and steep. , The garden is completely secure, extremely spacious and a joy to wander around. The surrounding area is worth visiting - Beynac, Sarlat, Rocamadour to name a few. The local village, which is only a few minutes walk from the house has everything you might need including a boulangerie, a Spar, a tabac etc. Surrounding the property are amazing walks to the Dordogne River. As we had our dogs, we never tired of new walks to explore. I would thoroughly recommend this property and I would love to return.

Charming house and hosts

An exceptionally good property in the pretty village of Carsac-Aillac. The house is very well equipped and furnished beautifully . We loved being able to walk to the local shops and to open a back gate onto the woodland walks with streams. The garden really is fully fenced, so perfect for our small dog. We can highly recommend this property and will certainly book it again if we are in the region. Milene and Yannick were charming hosts.

Wir verbrachten 2 wunderbare und erholsame Wochen in einem wunderschönen und liebevoll ausgestatteten Haus in bester Lage. Der Vermieter war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Im Ort gibt es fusslĂ€ufig BĂ€cker, Metzger und LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft sowie mehrere Restaurants. Die wichtigsten SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten des Perigord Noir befinden sich in einem Umkreis von nur 35 km!

Schönes Haus in der NÀhe des Ortes Carsac

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im schönen Haus der Familie Milon genossen.Das Perigord ist eine bezaubernde Gegend.Wir hatten GlĂŒck, dass das Nachbarhaus nicht bewohnt war, welches sehr nahe an der Veranda dieses Hauses liegt und auch der Campingplatz am Ende des Wiese war bereits recht gut belegt.Besonders erwĂ€hnen möchte ich den sehr guten Kontakt zu Yannick Milon, der stets sofort geantwortet hat und als der Fernseher (mit vielen internationalen KanĂ€len, u.a. auch ca. 5-6 deutsche KanĂ€le :-) eine kleine Störung hatte, kam er sofort.Merci Yannick Milon.

Het huis was prima, de keuken prima, badkamers prima slaapkamers en bedden prima. De bank lijkt op de foto’s heel leuk, maar is doorgezakt, kan je niet op zitten, eetkamerstoelen van ijzer, buiten eet stoelen krakkemikkig. De schuifdeuren in de badkamer voor het toilet konden niet dicht, erg onvrij. Zo waren er meerdere dingen, de eigenaar zei het te weten, maar deed er niets mee.

Schönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Mit 2 Paaren hatten wir 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Perigord. Carsac-Aillac ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die Highlights der Region zu erkunden, fĂŒr Radtourenund Kanufahren. Ein toller Badeplatz an der Dordogne ist mit Fahrrad in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Gastronomie, BĂ€cker, Metzger und kleiner Supermarkt in Gehweite. Das Haus ist gut geschnitten,mit großem GrundstĂŒck, die KĂŒche ist sehr ĂŒppig eingerichtet mit modernsten GerĂ€ten. Die grosse Garage bietet Platz fĂŒr die FahrrĂ€der, auf der Terrasse kann man wunderbar ĂŒberdacht und schattig sitzen und essen. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag-fĂŒr ein Haus das fĂŒr bis 6 Personen vermietet wird, sollten auch genĂŒgend LiegestĂŒhle da sein. Insgesamt können wir das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Geweldig!

Een werkelijk prachtig huis op een enorm grote, volledig omheinde tuin, rustig gelegen aan de rand van Carsac met noodzakelijk voorzieningen zoals een bakker op een paar minuten lopen. Het huis is zeer goed onderhouden, brandschoon, mooi ingericht met een fantastische keuken, mooie badkamers en slaapkamers met goede bedden. Heel fijn is de airconditioning en niet te vergeten de heerlijke veranda voor het huis. In de directe omgeving kun je heerlijk wandelen met de hond. We komen zeker terug naar dit heerlijke vakantieadres. Met dank aan de eigenaars Yannick en MilĂšne die ons gastvrij hebben ontvangen.

TrĂšs belle maison au cƓur du PĂ©rigord

Ongelooflijk mooi huis, met alle moderne voorzieningen zoals o.a. airco in slaapkamers en snelle wifi. Prima in orde, netheid top en super gastvriendelijke verhuurder. Grote tuin omheind voor de honden en speeltuig voor kinderen. In de omgeving van talrijke dorpjes met marktjes, kastelen en alles wat je maar wenst van winkels en gastronomie. Een Ă©chte aanrader !
