The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY LIFE

I didnt stay. My mother passed and so i left to help family and TRIED to cancel but COULDNT REACH ANY HUMAN!!!!

All perfectly fine; subpar breakfast buffet

Everything about this stay was just fine. Easy checkin, easy checkout, clean, comfortable, and quiet room. The only downside was the breakfast buffet, which was below standard for a major hotel chain.

I have stayed at this property 8 times at least. Employees are nice. I book this place because it has a nice pool for my grandchildren. This time the pool was closed, I was really disappointed because they did not say it was closed at check in and give us an option to book somewhere else. They offered no compensation other than they were sorry. Disappointing to say the least.

Check-in as a breeze. The floors were filthy in the room. We had to reclean feet after showers. The bathrooms could definitely use a deep cleaning. The breakfast setup was nice and had a lot of options.

Terrible experience. Had a two night biking. After I was promised by front desk that I could checkout early one night and get a refund, they denied me the refund. Very misleading staff!! Never going there again!

The room was a good amount of space for our family. The bathroom was pretty dirty, it seemed that only countertops are wiped. The pool was also closed which was a huge bummer for us. We would have loved a heads up on this. The staff was great and breakfast was too!

I liked the size of the room, the bed, the air conditioner, the breakfast, the staff was friendly. I didn't like the bathroom, the 2nd day of breakfast, where there wasn't enough food for everyone. They closed the kitchen already at 9:30am, and breakfast is served until 10am. Tahoe lake, I saw 10 miles on expedia. It needs to be fixed. All in all, a good hotel for the money.

Room was nice but noticed a few small ants on a raisin in the bathroom behind the door. Was taken care of immediately. The pool and jacuzzi were closed out while stay - they said all properties were doing something so probably will stay here again next time. Breakfast was good
