We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I had to wait over 15 minutes in line just to check in, and the same long wait happened again at check-out. The most concerning issue was when someone entered our room with the wrong key while we were resting—an unacceptable security lapse. To make matters worse, our key stopped working, and instead of proactively updating it, we only found out when we couldn’t access our room. When we requested a late check-out due to the inconvenience, the front desk staff was dismissive and claimed the key issue only delayed us by 10-15 minutes, refusing our request with an attitude. Overall, the poor service, lack of accountability, and security issues made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful and secluded in the mountains above the Columbia River. Wish that the bath houses were co-ed clothing optional instead of being gender separated. The room was clean, comfortable and not over priced. Would stay here again.

Carson Hot Springs Resort was incredibly easy to find and access. Check-in was seamless, thanks to the friendly and efficient office staff. Our room featured a private hot tub on the balcony, which was a perfect touch for relaxation while enjoying the stunning treeline views. The peaceful surroundings added to the charm, making it a serene escape. Local shopping options were conveniently close, with Dollar General just three minutes away for any quick needs. Despite staying only one night, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend it for a quiet, rejuvenating getaway!

I've been here before many times. Last couple of times Ive noticed improvements in cleaningness which is good. Things I didn't like are: (1) the tv seats to low, it's hard to relax and watch. Havin a wooden box under it about 8 to ten inch toll with a drawer it will help. (2) I wish it had a shower head detachable so I can rinse myself easier and at the same times I can rinse the soap ladder off the walls and curtain like I do at home. I feal bad every time that I an not able to do it. It will also very beneficial for the cleaning staf to clean and rinse the shower. Being like this I am afraid to touch the walls and curtain after taking a shower. (3) Provide a right size absorbing towel or mat to place at the door for the balcony so I don't have to use one of the towels. I don't like to drip on the carpet when coming out from the hot tub. (4) you need to calibrate the temperature of the unit keeping the water hot, it sez 104 but is not, not at my room . I did not enjoy the tub at all this time around, if it continues I will not be back. Please remember the room is not cheap, it's only worth it if the water is hot and also people that can afford $ for a room also have good habits and the things mentioned above have to be addressed if you want more frequency or return from your customers. I know that at times some idiot may try to steal a nice shower head, just make sure is cheaper than the deposit. At my house I have very hot water and really expensive shower hea
