Welcome to this dream place! You will find an environment with an exclusive design. Our location is ideal in front of one of the best beaches in the city, additionally we are 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the walled city where you can find the most exclusive restaurants and bars in the city, 850 meters from the Convention Center Hotel Las Américas, direct access to the beach, 2 swimming pools and gym.

At the reception, the check-in process stipulated by the building administration is carried out, in which a payment for a handle is required for guest identification, this is included in the total price of the reservation.

We welcome dogs under 15 kg! There is an additional fee of 30 USD per stay.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each one has TV, air conditioning and are equipped with fine linen. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with quick and easy access to the common areas of the building.
