This beautiful mature property is located in Los Altos 1 in the centre of the La Manga Club resort, close to the Tennis Centre, Bellaluz Plaza and within easy walking distance of most of the amenities offered in our Resort. The villa is beautifully presented and has had some extensive improvements. The kitchen has been redesigned and completely refitted. The dining area has been extended with a terrace looking out towards a beautiful pool, the villa also benefits from a large expanse of garden area to each side giving more privacy than would normally be expected for a community villa.


La Manga Club Facilities.: LaManga club offers 3 championship 18 hole golf courses The Tennis centre has 28 tennis courts. This is the winter facility for the LTA. 8 Paddle Tennis courts 4 Pickle ball courts & a new Gym

SWIMMING The pool is just outside our Living Room so all the family can swim & relax on the loungers or pop back to the villa in seconds. La Manga's own private beach cove 'La Cala', offers a more picturesque setting for swimming and snorkelling with its own beach-side restaurant and bar specialising in locally caught sea food.(seasonal)

Situated between two seas, La Manga Club has its water sports centre based on the Mar Menor Lagoon. The shallow water is perfect for water-skiing, windsurfing and sailing enthusiasts. Tuition is available & equipment hire. The centre also allows you to try your hand at jet skiing, and boat trips are available from the harbour to explore the Mar Menor. Private scuba diving can be arranged for clients to explore the clear Mediterranean waters, although pre-booking is essential.

There are 26+ restaurants or bars to choose from on the complex, nightly entertainment in the Hotel & many of the Bars, designer clothes shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, chemists and a doctor’s surgery, cycle hire & nearby horse riding.
